By downloading, installing, or using Fuel Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase ("Full Unlock", $2.99) to unlock all 50 levels. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies. Restoring purchases is supported via the Restore Purchase button in Settings.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (d) remove any proprietary notices.
All content, design, code, graphics, sounds, and music in the App are owned by İsmail Öztaş and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall İsmail Öztaş be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
