Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ismail Oztas (the "Developer") regarding your use of the My Day Point iOS application ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference. Where there is a conflict, these Terms govern except where Apple's Standard EULA expressly applies.

2. Free Trial & One-Time Purchase

The App offers a 7-day free trial starting on your first sign-in.
After the trial ends, lifetime access can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase of $2.99 USD (or local equivalent set by Apple).
The purchase is not a subscription. There is no recurring billing and nothing renews automatically.
The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund and billing inquiries are handled by Apple under their published refund policy.
If you do not unlock lifetime access after the trial, score saving and group features are disabled until you complete the purchase or restore an existing one.
"Restore Purchases" is available from the Profile screen. If you previously paid on the same Apple ID, your access will be reinstated at no cost.

3. Account & Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes.
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Not share invite links with anyone you do not want to grant access to your daily scores.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its servers.
Not use the App to harass, threaten, or otherwise harm other users.

The Developer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes the daily scores, written reasons, group names, and profile information you submit. You retain all rights to your User Content. By submitting content you grant the Developer a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for you and the people you have invited.

5. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

My Day Point is a personal self-evaluation tool. It is not a medical, mental-health, therapy, or diagnostic service. The App does not detect or treat depression, anxiety, or any other condition. If you are experiencing emotional distress please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer's total liability arising from or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the prior twelve months, or (b) USD 5.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen. The Developer may terminate or suspend access for any breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

The Developer may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the App or at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
